NSK Americas seeks an SAP Business Analyst – SD/IBP to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP solutions. The role collaborates with business users and technical teams to translate requirements into SAP solutions while ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities include leading SD design for S/4HANA, managing O2C processes, and coordinating with FI/MM/EWM/PP integrations. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
7+ years SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP SD.
Hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration.
Strong functional knowledge of order-to-cash processes.
Experience with SAP IBP modules and planning concepts.
Knowledge of integration between SAP IBP and S/4HANA/ECC.
Good understanding of master data dependencies and data quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and design SAP S/4HANA SD solutions aligned with business requirements.
Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in S/4HANA.
Configure and optimize organizational structures, customer and business partner master data, sales documents, deliveries, billing, and returns, pricing, condition techniques, and output management.
Manage S/4HANA-specific innovations including Business Partner approach and SAP Fiori apps for SD processes.
Handle advanced topics such as Credit Management (FSCM), Revenue Recognition, Intercompany and third-party sales, Order to Cash processes, Pricing and Conditions techniques, and Billing and FI integration.
Lead integration with FI (Universal Journal), MM, EWM, and PP.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
Configure SAP modules according to business processes and best practices.
Support SAP implementations, enhancements, and rollouts.
Work with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integration) to deliver functional solutions.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including process flows and configuration guides.
Participate in testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT).
Identify and resolve functional issues and provide ongoing application support.
Assist in user training, change management, and knowledge transfer.
Ensure solutions comply with internal controls and system standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization.
