Job summary

Amazon is seeking a senior SAP solution architect to own the end-to-end design of SAP supply chain domains on S/4HANA. You will translate manufacturing and procurement requirements into scalable configurations, data models, and integration patterns across MM, PP, EWM, and related modules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience.
• Experience in SAP environments and scalable design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP solution architecture for S/4HANA MM/PP/EWM/OT-C/QM.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations leaders to translate requirements into SAP configuration, data models, and integrations.
• Own the integration architecture connecting SAP to MES/PLM/BOM/data lake, ensuring a digital thread from engineering to production.
• Define the supply-chain master-data model (materials, BOMs, routings, suppliers, locations) and governance across SAP and connected systems.
• Lead SAP standard-versus-custom decisions, favoring configuration and clean-core on BTP, with upgrade-safety considerations.
• Mentor functional analysts and junior architects through design reviews and prototypes.
