Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years related experience.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience.
• Maximum SPED certifications provide up to 5 years experience.
• One year experience for each SPED certification; not to exceed three (3) years.
• Bachelor's degree counts as four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Assist in maintaining a document accountability database and related records.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Maintain daily logs for document control functions.
• Assist with inbound/outbound data transfer files.
