System High Corporation seeks an Activity Security Representative I to support daily operations for Collateral, SCI, and SAP programs. The role involves multi‑discipline security tasks at a customer facility in the Washington, DC area, with emphasis on documentation, access control, and data security.

Requirements include 1–2 years of related security experience and relevant certifications (SFPC, SPSC, SPED).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related security experience.
• SFPC certification counts towards 3 years of experience.
• SPSC certification counts towards 5 years of experience.
• Maximum SPED equivalent experience is no more than 5 years.
• Bachelor's degree counts as four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability database and associated correspondence.
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Maintain logs for administrative functions related to document control.
• Assist with inbound/outbound data transfer and conversion.
• Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs.
• Prepare facility access control badges and conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain personnel security files for supported personnel.
• Follow and enforce customer SOPs.
• Provide security awareness and education support.
