Job summary

RedTrace Technologies is seeking a Program Security Representative III at Andrews AFB, MD. The role provides multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data, ensuring compliance with NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.

The candidate will lead security activities, train staff, and coordinate with SAP security personnel. The position requires TS/SCI eligibility, US citizenship, and 10–12 years of experience including 2+ years in SAP, with SFPC/SPSC certifications

Qualifications

• 10-12 years related experience.
• 2+ years of SAP experience.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience
• SPED Certifications max 5 years

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM and related SAP policy.
• Develop and execute policies for SAP/SCI/collateral data safeguarding.
• Provide day-to-day security support and assess procedures for improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks in test, training, and operations.
• Assist in implementing and training the Operations Security program.
• Brief government and senior civilian staff on security topics.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and close-outs.
• Monitor corrective actions from compliance reviews.
• Notify program staff of pertinent security matters.
• Investigate loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified data.
• Coordinate lessons learned into SAP security education program.
• Provide leadership and oversight to team members

Education
