RedTrace Technologies Inc is hiring a Program Security Representative III to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs and SCI activities at the Pentagon, VA, on-site. The role focuses on day-to-day security operations, policy adherence, and safeguarding classified information.

Ideal candidates have extensive SAP experience, leadership skills, and the ability to train staff while coordinating with government and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years related experience.
• 2+ years of SAP experience.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience.
• SPED Certifications: max equivalent experience 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD and SAP policy.
• Develop and execute safeguarding policies for SAP/SCI/collateral data.
• Provide day-to-day security support, identify shortfalls and recommend improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats and risks to test and training activities.
• Help develop, implement and train the Operations Security program.
• Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility oversight.
• Brief government and senior civilian staff on security topics.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and close-outs.
• Monitor and track corrective actions from reviews.
• Notify program staff of pertinent security matters.
• Investigate loss, compromise or suspected compromise of classified info.
• Coordinate SAP security education and awareness improvements.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to team members.
