Job summary

Radiance Technologies in Dayton, OH seeks an experienced Senior CSSO & physical security lead to manage SAP/SCI programs and related security operations. You will oversee accreditation, access control, training, and incident response, ensuring ICD 705 lifecycle compliance.

Position requires TS/SCI clearance and strong DoD security knowledge. The role reports to the Director, Corporate Special Programs and involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maintain secure environments and

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required or obtainable.
• Deep knowledge of SAP/SCI security requirements and DD254 reviews.
• Experience with ICD 705 lifecycle, TEMPEST, JSIG and related regs.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary security programs with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP/SCI programs and physical security across facilities.
• Review DD254s, prepare accreditation packages, and maintain CAPs.
• Oversee IDS/ACS operations, training, and after-hours responses.
• Develop SOPs/EAPs, conduct SITREPs, and coordinate travel/visits.
