Job summary

Nagarro is expanding its SAP Utilities Practice and seeking a senior expert who can lead transformation programs for utilities customers. You will work on end-to-end SAP IS-U and S/4HANA Utilities deployments, from process design to digital integration, leveraging cloud and analytics technologies.

In this role, you will guide complex transformations, mentor teams, and help shape best practices across modules. English and German communication are essential in our globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

Solid experience in the energy sector and with SAP IS-U or S/4HANA Utilities.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for digital energy transformations.
Strong consulting mindset with the skill to guide customers through complex changes.
Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication across international teams.

Responsibilities

End-to-end consulting to transform customers' landscapes from traditional systems to modern SAP-powered utilities architectures.
Design and optimize processes across the value chain, from master data to billing and financial closing.
Integrate industry solutions into the digital core using SAP BTP and related technologies.
Contribute to building Nagarro's Utilities Practice and help define best practices for the sector.
