Job summary

Belcan is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Production/PP-PI & Integration Consultant to join our Pittsburgh team. The role focuses on implementing and supporting PP-PI, designing SAP-MES integrations, and driving efficient, scalable manufacturing and logistics solutions for global clients.

You will work with global and regional client organizations, shared services, and production sites to deliver best-practice solutions. Requires 5+ years SAP PP-PI experience and strong integration know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least four years of related experience, OR a master's degree with at least two years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP PP-PI implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of S4/HANA production processes and functionalities.
• Experience integrating SAP with plant MES systems and configuring/testing SAP-MES interfaces with control recipes/Process messages.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies (RFC, BAPI, API, IDocs, SFTP).
• Knowledge of logistics and warehousing integration with production modules.
• Experience with production planning, execution, and control processes.
• Ability to communicate technical and business issues/solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong listening skills and ability to translate needs across functions.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in tight timelines.
• Demonstrated creativity, practicality, and teamwork.
• Understanding of IT architecture/cloud and ERP development.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP S4/HANA PP-PI module according to business requirements.
• Design and develop integration solutions between SAP and plant MES systems as well as logistics integration.
• Provide technical expertise during all project phases from design to go-live.
• Develop functional specifications and support testing activities.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and create documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related system issues.
