Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP Manufacturing and MES.
• Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing.
• Proven experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with MES systems.
• Leadership in plant/unit rollouts using SAP and MES.
• Strong understanding of regulated pharma manufacturing processes.
• Experience with at least two SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and MES initiatives.
• Drive the technical direction from design through deployment.
• Design and implement scalable SAP Manufacturing solutions aligned with business goals.
• Architect integrations between SAP S/4HANA and MES platforms.
• Lead SAP and MES rollout activities for new facilities and units.
• Provide architecture guidance for upgrades and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, manufacturing, quality, and IT to define future-state processes.
• Participate in architecture governance, design reviews, and solution validation.
• Present technical strategies and status to executive leadership.
