Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year roadmaps for Service Manufacturing and Operations process innovation and technology integration.
• Advise senior leaders on process strategy, risk, and investments.
• Perform hands-on configuration in SAP S4 HANA to satisfy business requirements.
• Monitor and support integrations between SAP S/4HANA Service operations and related modules.
