Role – Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant

Department: Professional Services

Location: Remote

Reports to: Resource Manager

Travel: 50% – Remote Initially

Position Overview

As a Consultant, you will assist Bramasol’s Professional Services team in providing clients with a unique business and technology perspective on transforming IT roadmaps into SAP technology solutions and system landscapes. This position reports to the SAP Project Manager for Consulting, with team members based in the USA and India.

You will work on S/4HANA implementation and migration projects, including end-to-end project implementation, module deployment, and support activities. Your responsibilities involve delivering finance-related activities aligned with project requirements. You will collaborate with functional, technical teams (ABAP, Analytics), project managers, sales & marketing teams, and customers, primarily US-based, with an onsite/offshore delivery model.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and deliver exceptional client service.
2. Develop methodologies, tools, approaches, and thought leadership to differentiate Bramasol in finance transformation advisory.
3. Contribute to SAP Finance workstreams, including configuration and implementation of SAP solutions to meet client needs.
4. Design solutions and landscapes in collaboration with senior consultants.
5. Participate in solution development, deployment, and support activities.
6. Assist in creating technical project plans and deliverables.
7. Work closely with customers to define requirements, develop designs, configure SAP, test, deploy, and support solutions.
8. Configure FI/CO, COPA, GL, AP, AR modules.
9. Develop functional specifications for custom developments supporting SAP Finance processes.
10. Identify data requirements from legacy systems for finance processes and reporting.

Required Skills and Knowledge

1. Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex structures for diverse audiences.
2. Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP Finance and related fields.
3. Ability to quickly learn and stay updated on SAP S/4HANA Finance developments.
4. Ability to build relationships across teams to serve client needs effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 7+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience, including S/4HANA, ECC, and project implementations.
3. S/4HANA certification in Finance.
4. Experience with SAP integration, data migration tools, and ECC to S/4HANA conversion is advantageous.
5. Excellent communication skills in English.
