Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Consultant to lead FI/CO configuration across multi-country deployments in Dearborn, MI. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, design oversight, and collaboration with product teams to deliver enterprise SAP solutions.

Responsibilities include end-to-end SAP FI/CO configuration, ABAP familiarity, and driving best practices in testing, deployment, and integration with other S/4 modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Extensive SAP S/4HANA FI/CO configuration experience and knowledge of FI-GL, AP, AR, AA.
• Experience with multi-country/code environments and ABAP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand use-cases and requirements, advocating for user-centric solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications across the full stack and lifecycle.
• Define and implement software test strategies and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and architects to deliver solutions.
• Perform hands-on configuration of SAP FICO modules and support month-end processes.
• Ensure performance optimization and adoption of new technologies.
