Job summary

QnR Group is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to design and run modern finance processes on SAP S/4HANA. You will analyze requirements, configure FI/CO modules, support testing and data migration, and train users across engagements.

Mid-level consultants will work under senior guidance, while seniors may lead workstreams and advise clients. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders and delivering high-quality SAP solutions in international projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations in FI/CO or related finance areas: minimum 3 years (Mid) or 6+ years (Senior)
• Participation in at least one full-cycle implementation or rollout
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and their integration with logistics modules

Responsibilities

• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout and transformation projects across the full project lifecycle, from requirements through go-live and post-implementation support
• Analyse financial and controlling requirements and design robust, scalable SAP solutions aligned with client objectives
• Configure and optimise SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (FI, CO and related areas) in accordance with business needs and best practices
• Prepare functional specifications, coordinate testing and data migration activities, and support end-user training
• Collaborate with clients, finance stakeholders, technical teams and partners to ensure high-quality delivery
• Mid level: deliver within your area under the guidance of senior colleagues
• Senior level: lead workstreams, advise clients and mentor junior consultants
