Job summary

VOLTO Consulting is seeking a senior SAP integration leader in Charlotte, NC, with 10+ years in SAP implementation, deployment, and program delivery, including SAP S/4HANA. You will own end-to-end design and execution across multiple SAP domains, coordinating interfaces, testing, and cutover activities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure data and process alignment, and deliver successful go-lives with strong stakeholder management and RCA capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years SAP implementation, deployment, solution integration, or program delivery experience including SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge across Lead-to-Cash, Integrated Supply Chain / Innovate-to-Offer, and Record-to-Report.
• Experience leading end-to-end business scenario design and execution across multiple SAP functional domains.
• Experience coordinating SAP interfaces, middleware, external systems, and interface testing across SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
• Demonstrated expertise in structured troubleshooting, cross-team defect resolution, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP integration design and execution across multiple functional domains.
• Coordinate SAP interfaces, middleware, external systems, and interface testing (SIT/UAT).
• Provide root-cause analysis and drive defect triage and resolutions.
• Maintain and align end-to-end business scenarios, data dependencies, and controls across deployments.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization.
