Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years SAP data migration experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP LTMC and S/4HANA migration tools.
• Experience with SAP SLT replication scenarios.
• Knowledge of SAP LVM for system refresh and landscape management.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience in enterprise SAP landscapes during major implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA implementations.
• Perform data extraction from legacy systems and prepare data for ingestion into SAP.
• Configure and utilize SAP LTMC including custom migration objects.
• Implement real-time replication using SAP SLT with transformation rules.
• Manage logical system setups and replication configurations for hybrid SAP environments.
• Support system refreshes and landscape virtualization with SAP LVM.
• Design and execute data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment before migration.
• Develop validation and reconciliation reports to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies prior to go-live.
• Support mock migrations, dress rehearsals, and final cutover with runbooks.
• Optimize performance for large-volume data loads and tuning.
