Job Title: SAP S/4HANA ABAP Developer – Data Migration (Remote with Monthly On-site)

About the Project

Join a transformative public sector initiative as a key contributor to the Unified Back Office Solution (UBOS), an advanced SAP S/4HANA platform that revolutionizes customer engagement channels. You'll be part of a high-performing team tasked with building and supporting an extensible, scalable, and secure back-office system that impacts thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces on SAP S/4HANA.
• Implement solutions using ABAP RAP, SEGW, CDS Views, OData, AMDPs, proxies, and IDOCs.
• Optimize performance and ensure compliance with clean core principles.
• Collaborate with FI/CO and MM functional consultants to meet business objectives.
• Design and implement WRICEF objects for Finance and Inventory Management.
• Ensure developments align with upgrade-safe practices in S/4HANA extensibility.
• Participate in technical documentation, test scripting, impact analysis, and lessons learned.
• Engage in project team activities and lead when required.
• Work independently and adhere to PTC’s policies and technical standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8-10 years SAP ABAP experience with at least 4 years on S/4HANA.
• Proven expertise in S/4HANA Data Migration, particularly using the Migration Cockpit and custom migration programs.
• Hands-on with SAP Fiori/UI5 customizations and Business Application Studio (BAS).
• Deep understanding of FI, CO, MM/IM modules and integration.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, JSON, and Clean Core concepts.
• 7+ years in BRIM and SAP S/4HANA ABAP.
• 2+ SAP project implementations as a hands-on developer or technical SME.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• SAP BRIM and ABAP technical certifications preferred.

Logistics

• Must be available for on-site work 1 week/month at Middletown, PA office.
• In-person orientation required (equipment pick-up not reimbursed).
• Security background checks (national and Pennsylvania-specific) are mandatory.
