Job summary

C5MI seeks an SAP Retail Pricing and Promotions Consultant to design and implement pricing strategies and campaigns for retail clients using SAP S/4HANA Retail and SAP Merchandising. This role analyzes business requirements, configures pricing and promotions, and partners with cross-functional and client teams to translate business needs into tested solutions.

You will serve as a subject-matter expert on PMR, OPP, and condition pricing, leading workshops, supporting SIT/UAT, and ensuring smooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with SAP retail pricing & promotions experience.
• Relevant SAP certification or demonstrated hands-on expertise.
• Experience configuring S/4HANA Retail pricing & promotions (PMR/OPP/Condition Pricing).
• Experience with price calculation and margin logic for retail promotions.
• Ability to lead blueprint/fit-to-standard workshops and write FS documents.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement price and promotion strategies using SAP S/4HANA Retail.
• Configure SAP Merchandising and Retail modules to support pricing and promotions.
• Analyze pricing processes, identify improvements, and apply best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on PMR, OPP, and condition-contract pricing.
• Lead design sessions, SIT/UAT support, and ensure integration with related SAP modules.
• Train end users and support post-go-live system enhancements.
