Qualifications

• 8+ years of formal PM experience leading ERP or finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of the R2R lifecycle (GL, Fixed Assets, Closing, Group Reporting).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget tracking.
• Liaise between finance executives (CFOs, Controllers, FP&A) and implementation partners.
• Monitor scope and mitigate risks to prevent scope creep and blockers.
• Oversee external system integrators’ deliverables and SLAs.
• Drive UAT readiness, training programs, and data migration readiness.
