You will lead workshops, define target operating models and drive end‑to‑end ECC to S/4HANA Central Finance transformations. The role requires hands-on delivery of large global CFIN programs, working with multiple source systems, currencies and charts of accounts, and coordinating with stakeholders, architects and offshore teams to ensure

Formación

• 12-15+ years SAP Finance consulting experience.
• 5+ years hands-on SAP Central Finance implementation.
• Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP Central Finance implementations.
• Experience leading workshops and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and facilitate business process workshops to define future-state R2R processes.
• Assess current finance operating models and establish standardized target-state processes.
• Drive process harmonization across legal entities, business units, and geographies.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to gather requirements and define SAP Finance transformation roadmaps.
• Provide solutions aligned with SAP best practices and enterprise finance objectives.
• Support end-to-end financial close, reporting, reconciliation, and governance processes.
• Design, implement, and govern Central Finance architecture and deployment strategies.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to ensure timely milestone delivery.
