SoftHQ Inc in Fremont, CA is seeking an experienced SAP R2R Expert with strong GL, R2R, SAP ECC integration, and S/4HANA Central Finance knowledge. The role focuses on leading business workshops, defining target operating models, and driving enterprise finance transformations.

You will oversee end-to-end ECC to S/4HANA Central Finance implementations across multiple source systems, currencies, and charts of accounts, coordinating with global teams and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and facilitate business process workshops to define future-state Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Assess current finance operating models and establish standardized target-state processes.
• Drive process harmonization across legal entities, business units, and geographies.
• Collaborate with finance leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define SAP Finance transformation roadmaps.
• Provide solution recommendations aligned with SAP best practices and enterprise finance objectives.
• Support end-to-end financial close, reporting, reconciliation, and governance processes.
• Design, implement, and support SAP Central Finance (CFIN) solutions.
• Lead ECC to S/4HANA Central Finance integration initiatives.
• Define Central Finance architecture and deployment strategy.
• Configure and govern: Initial Load, Real-Time Replication, Key Mapping, Value Mapping, AIF Monitoring and Error Handling.
• Execute financial data reconciliation and validation activities across source and target systems.
• Establish governance, controls, and monitoring processes for Central Finance operations.
• Own integration design between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Central Finance landscapes.
• Design and oversee: SLT Replication, ALE/IDocs, RFC Connectivity.
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure robust and scalable integration architecture.
• Drive issue resolution for replication failures, mapping issues, and reconciliation exceptions.
• Lead historical balance migration strategies for large multinational organizations.
• Execute and govern: Historical Balance Loads, Open Item Migration, Initial Load Activities, Multiple COA, Multiple Source Systems (ECC, S4 HANA).
• Define and execute reconciliation frameworks for migration and cutover activities.
• Design reconciliation templates and validation frameworks.
• Define financial controls and audit requirements across source and Central Finance systems.
• Establish monitoring and governance processes for financial data integrity.
• Develop business validation checkpoints and control mechanisms for data replication and reporting accuracy.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Support SIT, UAT, Cutover, Hypercare, and Deployment activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, design documents, test scripts, and deployment plans.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Facilitate implementation and enablement of: Central Payments, Central Credit Management, Group Reporting, Tax Reporting Integration, Withholding Tax Integration, Intercompany Reconciliation.
• Define enterprise-wide finance governance and reporting frameworks.
• Support global finance transformation initiatives leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
