Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing, UAT, and SAP Application delivery.
• Experience in enterprise testing, quality engineering, SIT leadership, or test governance for complex programs.
• Knowledge of test strategy, requirements traceability, risk-based testing, test design, regression management, defect management, and release-readiness controls.
• Experience with enterprise test management and defect tools (OpenText ALM and Jira).

Responsibilities

• Lead SIT and governance for large, integrated technology programs.
• Interpret quality data, identify risk signals, and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing activities across internal teams, system integrators, managed service providers, and external partners.
• Facilitate stakeholder management, decision framing, and escalation as needed.
