Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior SAP Quality Assurance Analyst – Tosca Specialist to drive automation strategy for SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will design reusable Tosca test assets and lead SIT/UAT, coordinating with stakeholders and external SI partners.

Responsibilities include end-to-end validation, defect management, and maximizing automation coverage while migrating from legacy tools to Tosca.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Randstad is seeking a Senior SAP Quality Assurance Analyst – Tosca Specialist to support a major SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program as the organization transitions its testing strategy from legacy HP/LoadRunner setups to the Tricentis Tosca platform. In this role, you will drive test automation strategy and execution, leveraging core Tricentis Tosca capabilities-including Test Case Design (TCD), Test Data Management (TDM), and automated test execution-to build scalable, reusable test assets. Collaborating closely with functional leads, business stakeholders, and System Integrators, you will play a critical role in validating end-to-end business processes across SAP and integrated enterprise applications during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression cycles.

Responsibilities

• Platform Migration & Automation Strategy: Lead the hands-on transition from legacy HP/LoadRunner setups to Tricentis Tosca, designing and maintaining reusable automated test suites for SAP S/4HANA.
• Core Tosca Implementation: Apply Tosca Test Case Design (TCD) and Test Data Management (TDM) best practices to maximize test coverage and optimize test data pipelines.
• End-to-End Business Validation: Build and execute automated end-to-end process tests spanning SAP modules and integrated third-party applications.
• Test Stream Execution: Partner with functional leads and external System Integrators to coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment readiness activities.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and triage defects, collaborating with technical and functional teams to ensure rapid resolution.
• Test Optimization: Evaluate manual and legacy test cases to identify high-value automation candidates, accelerating release cycles and elevating overall software quality.

Qualifications

• Tricentis Tosca Expertise: Proven hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca (Automation Specialist certifications preferred).
• SAP S/4HANA Transformation Experience: Hands-on background testing SAP ERP environments and complex cross-functional business processes within large-scale enterprise programs.
• Testing Tool Modernization: Experience migrating or transitioning test suites from legacy tools (e.g., HP ALM, LoadRunner, UFT) to Tricentis Tosca.
• Full QA Lifecycle Proficiency: Deep understanding of end-to-end testing phases, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and structured defect lifecycle management.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Track record of working effectively alongside business analysts, internal technical teams, and external System Integrator partners.
