Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking a SAP QA Lead to drive our SAP quality assurance strategy and delivery of high-quality SAP solutions. You will lead a team, including offshore resources, with a strong emphasis on test automation using Tricentis Tosca and CI/CD integration.

The role requires deep SAP knowledge (FI/CO, SD, MM, PM, Ariba, etc.), hands-on automation, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams toward best practices in testing and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of QA/Testing with SAP focus.
• Proven QA lead/manager experience with offshore teams.
• Experience with Tricentis Tosca for SAP automation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the SAP QA strategy, roadmap, framework and scheduling.
• Lead and mentor QA resources; drive quality culture and continuous learning.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define quality standards and testing scope for SAP projects.
• Manage offshore QA resources; ensure alignment with goals and KPIs.
• Lead automation initiatives; build and maintain a Tosca-based automation suite.
