Job summary

Apple is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (SAP Customer Engagement) within IS&T Enterprise Systems in Austin, Texas. You will collaborate with regional business and technical teams to deliver complex SAP projects in a fast-paced environment, from requirements through production launch.

The role requires 10+ years of SAP SD experience, strong coordination across regions, and hands-on work with ABAP/Java, iDoc, and SAP BTP.

Qualifications

10+ years experience implementing and enhancing SAP SD functionality.
Detail-oriented and able to deliver high quality SAP based solutions within scope and timeline.
Testing and debugging experience with SAP ABAP, Java or similar programming languages.
Experience with SAP iDoc integration, SD user exits and output management.
Knowledge of SAP enterprise structure, sales documents, deliveries, billing, pricing and customer communications.

Responsibilities

Define and drive project plans, deliverables, dependencies and risks.
Write technical specifications and coordinate with development teams.
Present solutions for design reviews and business playbacks.
Support testing, performance tests, and production launch readiness.
Coordinate cutover and implementation activities across business and technical teams.
Resolve production issues and manage scope changes.
