Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Program Management Lead for large SAP transformations, delivering multi-workstream programs with clear governance and execution plans. You will unite business, functional, technical, deployment, testing, data, and change teams toward integrated roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

You’ll drive phase gates, executive governance, and risk management while coaching teams to deliver with quality and speed. Expect up to 100% travel based on client needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP consulting, tech, or business transformation experience.
• 8+ years leading large SAP programs or ERP transformations.
• 3 full SAP implementation lifecycles, including at least 1 S/4HANA transformation.
• 2+ years in delivery or account management with P&L or contractual accountability.
• Experience managing programs valued at $5M+.

Responsibilities

• Govern large SAP transformations with fit-for-purpose governance and delivery frameworks.
• Lead day-to-day across all program workstreams ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Maintain integrated program plan with dependencies and resource planning.
• Lead phase gates, readiness management, and go/no-go decisions.
• Drive alignment across functional, technical, deployment, testing, data, and change teams.
• Prepare executive governance insights for client and Accenture leadership.
• Advise client executives on leading practices and decision shaping.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations for priorities.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Monitor financials, resources, forecasting, and value realization metrics.
• Champion AI-first delivery with GenAI, automation, analytics for productivity gains.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, SAP partners, and Accenture leaders.
• Support origination and sales by shaping delivery approaches and proposals.
