Job summary
Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to drive large-scale SAP programs across global delivery teams. You will shape transformation strategies, manage risk and deliver measurable business outcomes while aligning executives and program leadership around a unified vision.

Qualifications
- 12+ years SAP delivery/PM/transformation
- 6+ years in SAP leadership roles for transformations
- 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability
- Experience leading 100+ resources across geographies
- 2+ years with SAP implementation methodologies, governance & deployment
- 2+ years managing program financials and executive stakeholders
- Experience supporting business development and pursuit activities
- Experience leveraging AI/GenAI for SAP delivery
- Prior consulting/advisory experience in enterprise transformation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs and drive outcomes
- Define transformation strategies, roadmaps, governance and value realization
- Establish global delivery teams across business, technical, data, testing, change and support
- Plan, mobilize, estimate, staff, govern and execute SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Manage risks, issues, scope and stakeholder expectations with delivery commitments
- Lead executive governance, steering committees and stakeholder communications
- Adopt SAP best practices and Accenture delivery standards to improve outcomes
- Guide teams through design, build, test, deployment, cutover and hypercare
- Drive delivery innovation using AI, GenAI, automation, analytics
- Build trusted client relationships and act as strategic SAP advisor
- Support account growth through delivery excellence and opportunity identification
- Support sales origination and solution shaping for SAP opportunities
- Develop delivery assets and accelerators while mentoring leaders
