Accenture is seeking a senior SAP Transformation Leader to drive Finance transformation for top clients across the US. You will combine deep SAP functional expertise with advisory skills to shape strategies, roadmaps, and delivery across global teams.

You'll lead complex end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, guide AI-enabled Finance projects, and work closely with executive stakeholders to realize measurable business value. Role requires travel and strong client leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of SAP functional/technical expertise with product costing.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP projects supporting CMT/Software & Platforms clients.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior Finance executives on SAP value and business challenges.
• Lead SAP journey definition with business cases and roadmaps.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions using SAP and add-ons.
• Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify value areas.
• Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to boost efficiency.
• Advise and design Finance solutions with best practices.
• Lead large project teams onsite or within Accenture.
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations.
• Develop assets and best practices for transformation.
