Job summary

BCforward is seeking a senior SAP Production Planning (PP) Solution Architect / Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP S/4HANA PP, MM, and ATP expertise and a track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing end‑to‑end planning and manufacturing processes with robust cross-functional integration.

The role requires leadership in cross‑functional workshops, extensive experience with multiple SAP modules, and the ability to drive improvements in planning

Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA PP/MM/ATP expertise required.
• Experience leading cross-functional workshops and mentoring teams.
• 20+ years in SAP PP/MM with 3+ full lifecycle implementations and 2+ S/4HANA migrations.
• Strong integration experience with SD, MM, EWM/WM, QM, PM, TM, IBP, MES, and SAP suites.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP PP solutions for discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing.
• Configure Material Master, BOM, Routings, Production Orders, and Repetitive Manufacturing.
• Optimize MRP Live/Classic MRP and Demand Management.
• Lead scheduling, capacity planning, and change management using SAP best practices.
• Ensure product availability and delivery commitments with cross-functional teams.
• Integrate PP with MM, SD, EWM, QM, PM, TM, IBP, MES, and SAP BTP tools.
• Support testing, cutover planning, go-live, and post-production support.
