Job summary

Accenture in Minnesota is seeking a senior SAP Production Planning and Execution leader to design and deliver SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions for Industrials clients. You will oversee end-to-end PP/production execution, master data design, and cross-functional integration across MM, SD, QM, and EWM/WM.

You will lead multi-faceted implementation projects, guide workshops, and drive standard practices with a focus on high-volume, configurable, and complex manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP Production Planning and Execution experience.
• Experience delivering at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP PP or S/4HANA manufacturing implementation in a lead role.
• Minimum of 2 years integrating SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, EWM/WM, PM, CO-PC, product costing, inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment of Industrials manufacturing, production planning, and shop-floor execution processes.
• Design end-to-end SAP PP and manufacturing execution processes.
• Own solution design across manufacturing master data (materials, BOMs, routings).
• Lead SAP PP implementation projects from design to deployment and stabilization.
• Facilitate cross-functional design workshops and drive key decisions with best practices.
• Configure SAP PP capabilities including MRP, capacity planning, and shop-floor control.
• Design integrations between SAP PP and MM, SD, QM, EWM/WM, PM, CO-PC, costing.
• Support complex manufacturing scenarios and ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with client teams and Accenture capability leaders to create offerings and templates.
