Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP Production Planning and Execution leader to design and deliver SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions for Industrials clients. You will guide fit-to-standard workshops, configure PP, and ensure end-to-end integration with MM, SD, QM, and EWM/WM across make-to-stock, make-to-order, and engineer-to-order environments.

You will lead cross-functional workshops, mentor delivery teams, and help create differentiated SAP PP offerings and assets for client engagements,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Production Planning and Execution experience including configuration, orders, MRP, shop-floor control, and manufacturing integration in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience delivering at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP PP or S/4HANA manufacturing implementation in a lead role.
• 2+ years integrating SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, EWM/WM, PM, CO-PC, product costing, inventory management, and analytics processes.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP manufacturing master data and execution data (materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, planned orders, confirmations, goods issues/receipts).
• Strong understanding of Industrials manufacturing processes: discrete, engineer-to-order, make-to-stock, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment of Industrials manufacturing and define future-state SAP S/4HANA PP/production execution solutions.
• Design end-to-end SAP PP and manufacturing execution processes (MRP Live, planned/production orders, confirmations).
• Own solution design for master data (materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions).
• Lead SAP PP implementation projects from fit-to-standard to deployment and stabilization.
• Facilitate cross-functional design workshops and drive key decisions with SAP leading practices.
