Job summary

Accenture seeks an accomplished SAP Production Planning and Execution leader to design and deliver SAP S/4HANA PP solutions for Industrials clients in a testing and delivery-focused role. The candidate will manage end-to-end PP and shop-floor processes, master data, and integration with MM/SD/QM/EWM, driving value across make-to-stock, make-to-order, and engineer-to-order environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP Production Planning and Execution experience in ECC or S/4HANA.
• Led at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP PP or S/4HANA manufacturing implementation in a leadership role.
• 2+ years integrating SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, EWM/WM and other modules.
• Expertise in discrete, make-to-stock, make-to-order, and engineer-to-order environments.
• Experience in Advisory/Consulting or client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment of Industrials manufacturing and define future-state SAP S/4HANA PP solutions.
• Design end-to-end SAP PP and manufacturing execution processes and integration.
• Own solution design for master data including BOMs, routings, work centers, and production versions.
• Lead implementation projects from workshops through cutover and stabilization.
• Facilitate cross-functional design workshops and recommend standard SAP practices.
• Configure SAP PP capabilities including MRP, capacity planning, and shop-floor control.
• Design integrations between SAP PP and MM, SD, QM, EWM/WM, PM, CO-PC, and other modules.
• Support complex Industrials scenarios and ensure data integrity and user adoption.
• Collaborate with delivery leads to create differentiated SAP offerings and assets.
