Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP Production Planning and Execution leader to design and deliver SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions for Industrials clients. You will lead end-to-end SAP PP and MES processes, master data, and integration with MM/SD/QM/EWM, while guiding multi-team design workshops and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP Production Planning and Execution
• Experience delivering at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP PP/S/4HANA implementation
• Experience integrating SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, EWM/WM, PM, CO-PC, etc.
• Strong understanding of Industrials manufacturing processes (discrete, engineer-to-order, make-to-stock)
• Prior Advisory/Consulting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment of Industrials manufacturing and define future-state SAP PP/production execution solutions
• Design end-to-end SAP PP and MES processes (MRP, production orders, confirmations, goods movements)
• Own solution design for manufacturing master data (materials, BOMs, routings, work centers)
• Lead SAP PP implementation projects from design through configuration and deployment
• Drive cross-functional design workshops and align processes across planning, procurement, inventory, quality, warehousing, plant maintenance and finance
• Configure SAP PP capabilities (MRP, capacity planning, production order management, shop-floor control)
• Design integrations between SAP PP and MM, SD, QM, EWM/WM, PM, CO-PC, product costing
• Support complex manufacturing scenarios (high-volume assembly, configurable products, long lead times)
• Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for SAP PP and production execution
• Collaborate with project teams to create differentiated SAP PP offerings and delivery assets
• Travel may be required (0-100% depending on client)
