Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 2–4 years' SAP Asset Management/PM/EAM experience.
• Strong technical skills in application functional design.
• Solid understanding of asset management principles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication.
• Expertise in defining and mapping business requirements.
• Ability to research inquiries and emerging issues, incl. regulations and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyze new technology solutions to verify they meet requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design SAP solutions.
• Lead workshops, document specs, and support testing and go-live.
• Provide post go-live support and training.
• Stay current with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance releases.
• Collaborate across procurement, finance, quality, production, and more to deploy SAP solutions.
