Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically, 2–4 years of experience with SAP Asset Management/PM/EAM.
• Strong technical skills in application functional design.
• Solid understanding of asset management principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing.
• Ability to define business requirements, map them, and analyze.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes.
• Analyze newly implemented solutions to ensure they meet requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver SAP solutions.
• Lead requirement gatherings and design workshops; document specs for gaps.
• Provide training and post go-live support; assist in testing cycles.
• Keep current with annual SAP Asset Management/PM releases.
• Work with cross-functional teams across procurement, finance, and supply chain.
