Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP Order-to-Cash lead to manage and deliver complex OTC solutions for clients. You will supervise design, configuration, and implementation across SAP modules, ensuring quality, risk management, and on-time delivery in a global, diverse team environment.

The role emphasizes strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to mentor junior consultants while driving opportunities across EY practices.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Typically, 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least eight years of experience working within SAP Order-to-Cash; deep functional and technical experience in Sales and Distribution modules in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams, with strong project management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Leading large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, including OTC modules like Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Credit Management, Pricing, Billing.
• Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Staying abreast of SAP/S/4HANA trends and integrating them into client solutions.
• Leading client workshops and meetings to gather user stories and requirements.
• Mentoring junior consultants and fostering an inclusive team environment.
