Job summary

EY is seeking a forward-thinking SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team as a Senior Technology Analyst. You will bridge business needs and SAP OTC solutions for clients, engaging with stakeholders and delivering end-to-end system architecture.

In this role, you will collaborate with technical teams to design, implement and optimize SAP OTC processes, including Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Delivery, Billing and Returns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Delivery, Billing and Returns.
• Experience configuring SAP SD modules (pricing, billing, sales order processing, output determination).
• Experience developing functional specifications (WRICEF) and supporting build, testing, and deployment.
• Experience supporting integrations between SAP SD and other modules (MM, FI, TM, EWM) and/or external systems.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Map, implement, test and troubleshoot the EDI/API interfaces.
• Deliver high-quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk and keep key stakeholders informed of developments and outcomes.
