Job summary

Honeywell INC. is seeking an experienced SAP Order Management Consultant to configure, implement, and optimize SAP Order Management across ECC, S/4HANA and BRIM.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into SAP solutions, and lead workshops to ensure successful project delivery. Expect to work with business stakeholders to design and customize SAP Order Management, and provide guidance, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as an SAP consultant specializing in Order Management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and BRIM(SOM, CI).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Order Management module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementations and system conversions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Understand order management processes, challenges, and requirements with business stakeholders.
• Solution Design: Design SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BRIM solutions aligned to best practices and business needs.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP Order Management including pricing, availability, order types, delivery, and billing.
• Integration: Coordinate with integration teams to ensure seamless SAP module and external system interfaces (IDocs, APIs).
• EDI Proficiency: Create functional specs, EDI mapping documents, and data conversion rules for SAP SD.
• Testing: Develop and execute test scripts to validate configurations against requirements.
• Training and Documentation: Deliver end-user training and create configuration guides and manuals.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, patches, and enhancements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements within SAP Order Management leveraging S/4HANA features.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and consultants for successful delivery.
