Job summary

Accenture in Irvine, CA seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant/Manager to lead end-to-end MM implementations across industries, focusing on procure-to-pay and inventory management.

You will configure MM components, run workshops, guide SIT/UAT, and mentor junior consultants while traveling as needed. This role demands strong SAP MM expertise, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP MM and/or SAP S/4HANA MM experience in a consulting or client-side role.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA MM implementations, including lead capacity.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP S/4HANA MM configuration: purchasing, material master, valuation, inventory.
• 3 years cross-functional knowledge of SAP MM integration with FI/CO, SD, PP.
• Experience in Life Sciences and/or Advisory/Consulting roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA MM implementations from blueprint to go-live.
• Configure MM components: purchasing org structures, material master, POs, inventory mgmt.
• Design and optimize P2P processes including MIRO/MIR4; integrate with FI/AP.
• Facilitate design workshops and fit-gap sessions for alignment.
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop specs and test scripts.
• Mentor junior MM consultants and build client capability.
