Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced SAP MM Consultant/Manager to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA MM implementations across industries, focusing on procure-to-pay and inventory management. You will guide blueprinting, design, and go-live activities, mentoring MM consultants and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP MM/S4HANA MM experience, 3+ full-cycle implementations, and strong P2P expertise. Travel up to 100% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA MM experience in a consulting or client-side role.
• Minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA MM implementations, with at least one lead.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on SAP S/4HANA MM configuration experience.
• 3 years of SAP MM integration with FI/CO, SD, PP (MRP, so on).
• Experience in Life Sciences or advisory/consulting role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; associate degree plus experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA MM implementations from blueprint to go-live.
• Configure MM components: purchasing orgs, material master, source lists, inventory mgmt.
• Design P2P flows: PRs, POs, goods receipts, MIRO/MIR4, FI/AP integration.
• Lead design workshops, fit-gap sessions and decision-making.
• Manage SIT/UAT and cutover planning; produce specs and test scripts.
• Mentor junior MM consultants and build client capability.
