Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company seeks an experienced SAP Functional Analyst (MM/PP & MES) to join the Enterprise Applications team. You will drive solution design, configuration, and enhancements across our global manufacturing footprint with a focus on SAP MM/PP and MES interfaces.

You will collaborate with peer analysts, developers, and operations to support ECC 6.0 and upcoming S/4HANA initiatives, while delivering scalable integrations with shop-floor MES systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP MM/PP configuration in an industrial environment.
• ECC 6.0 foundation with exposure to S/4HANA.
• Experience in full-lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, plant rollouts.
• Ability to read ABAP, debug transactions, design interface specs (IDocs, APIs).
• Team-oriented and able to translate plant needs into SAP solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience interfacing SAP PP/MM with MES or shop-floor data systems; exposure to S/4HANA migrations and Fiori apps.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on configuration & design in SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory, Valuation, Batch) and SAP PP (MRP, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders).
• Partner with analysts on ERP onboarding, code transitions, data conversion, and hyper-care support.
• Support ECC 6.0 today while contributing to S/4HANA roadmap and future-state design.
• Design interfaces between SAP MM/PP, MES, warehouse systems, and middleware.
• Create WRICEF specs; work with ABAP/integration developers through testing.
• Collaborate across CO-PC, SD, QM, FI for cross-module alignment.
• Provide advanced functional troubleshooting and share knowledge across the team.
