Job summary

Deloitte France's SAP practice is seeking a Manager to define, implement, and sustain enterprise data governance across SAP environments. You will lead MDG/MDM workstreams, design governance operating models, and guide data migration strategies while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor project teams, engage senior stakeholders, and drive value through MDG, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled governance capabilities. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree plus 10+ years of SAP/enterprise data management or consulting experience.
• 8+ years of SAP consulting, enterprise data management, or ERP consulting experience.
• 5+ years of SAP MDG/MDM or enterprise data governance leadership of at least 1 workstream or team.
• Experience contributing to at least 4 SAP MDG/MDM or data governance implementations, including 2 full lifecycles.
• Experience delivering SAP MDG or data governance across 2 master data domains (e.g., material, customer, finance).
• Experience designing or implementing a data governance operating model with at least 3 components (stewardship, policies, workflows, etc.).
• Experience managing at least 1 client-facing workstream with scope, budget, schedule, staffing, risks, and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MDG and data governance workstreams with solution design, planning, delivery oversight, and team execution.
• Advise stakeholders on data governance operating models, policies, standards, and data quality measures.
• Oversee data migration/ conversion strategies across SAP landscapes with cross-domain coordination.
• Guide SAP MDG architecture decisions and integration with broader SAP architecture.
• Manage workstream scope, scheduling, staffing, budgets, risks, and delivery quality while mentoring team members.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and identify opportunities to expand client value through MDG, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled governance.
