Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 10+ years in SAP, data management, ERP, or consulting.
• 8+ years of SAP consulting or ERP/enterprise data management experience.
• 5+ years of SAP MDG/MDM or data governance leadership across workstreams or teams.
• Experience delivering multiple SAP MDG/MDM implementations including at least 2 full lifecycles.
• Experience across 2+ master data domains (material, business partner, customer, vendor, finance, etc.).
• Experience designing data governance operating models with components like stewardship, policies, workflows, and data quality measures.
• Ability to oversee client-facing workstreams including scope, budget, schedule, staffing, risks, and delivery quality.
• Willingness to travel about 50% on average.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of professional services delivery in large enterprise transformations.
• Experience leading SAP MDG/MDM workstreams with budget and staffing responsibilities.
• Experience with SAP MDG on SAP S/4HANA and integration with SAP data/tech platforms like SAP Datasphere or Data Intelligence.
• Experience integrating MDG with data quality or analytics platforms.
• Contributed to at least one proposal/SOW or business development activity for SAP MDG/MDM.
• Experience on data-governance change management or AI-enabled governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MDG and data governance workstreams, including design, planning, delivery oversight, and team execution.
• Advise on operating models, stewardship structures, policies, standards, decision rights, and data quality measures.
• Oversee data migration/conversion strategies across SAP landscapes and align with finance, supply chain, and other domains.
• Guide MDG architecture decisions, including domain scope and integration approach.
• Manage workstream scope, schedule, staffing, financials, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality, while coaching team members.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and identify opportunities to expand value through MDM, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled governance.
