Deloitte France's SAP practice is seeking a Senior Manager to drive enterprise data governance across SAP environments, leading MDG initiatives and governance design. You will guide architecture, oversee data migrations, and coordinate cross-domain workstreams with finance, supply chain, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree + 10+ years in SAP or data management.
• 8+ years SAP consulting or ERP experience.
• 5+ years SAP MDG/MDM or data governance leadership.
• Contributed to at least 4 MDG/MDM data governance implementations.
• Delivered governance across 2+ master data domains.
• Designed data governance operating models with 3+ components.
• Managed at least 1 client-facing workstream with scope/budget responsibility.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDG and data governance workstreams with design, planning, and delivery oversight.
• Advise on governance operating models, policies, workflows, and data quality.
• Oversee data migration strategies across SAP landscapes with cross-domain coordination.
• Guide MDG architecture decisions and integration approaches.
• Manage scope, schedule, staffing, budgets, risks, and delivery quality; mentor staff.
• Lead senior stakeholder workshops and expand client value through analytics and AI-enabled governance.
