Job summary

Alcami Corporation is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist/Buyer to ensure timely procurement, strong inventory control, and material availability across sites. The role requires SAP MM/IM/WM proficiency, GMP experience, and the ability to lead cross-site sourcing and planning processes.

You will manage PO lifecycle, supplier relationships, and collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to support Plan-to-Manufacture and Procure-to-Order workflows, while promoting audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; APICS certification a plus.
• 7+ years in materials or inventory management in pharma/biotech/CDMO.
• GMP experience required; CDMO background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategies and negotiate supplier agreements for direct materials across multiple Alcami sites.
• Place and manage purchase orders to align with production forecasts and schedules.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance monitoring, and compliance with Quality and Regulatory standards.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms, service levels, and documentation requirements.
