Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 12+ years IT Application Development experience (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, full-stack).
• 4+ years of IT supervisory/management experience.
• Pharmaceutical/healthcare business apps experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify innovative business solutions for internal/external customers.
• Lead multiple development teams: planning, risk mitigation, resourcing, delivery.
• Align IS with customer objectives and manage vendor relationships.
• Promote agile/iterative processes to deliver customer value.
• Ensure SLA-aligned application support and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee documentation, standards, and migration to production.
