Job summary

Accenture is expanding its SAP practice focused on Finance Transformation for Life Sciences clients. The role leads SAP-driven finance solutions, guiding complex engagements, and applying AI-enabled SAP capabilities across global client programs.

The Manager will translate client goals into actionable outcomes, manage cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of SAP platform and regulatory changes, both onsite with clients and within Accenture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years SAP functional and technical experience in Intercompany Logistics including sales, procurement, and intercompany movements.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology or Life Sciences distribution clients.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Life Sciences clients.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model and leading design decisions, build, testing, cutover and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges/trends and value of SAP solutions.
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey including business cases & roadmaps during origination, proposals and presentations.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP and partner solutions.
• Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value for clients.
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions leveraging SAP best practices and embedded innovation.
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture, ensuring transformational roadmaps are delivered.
