Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Tech Arch Integration Senior Manager to guide SAP-centric integration programs across mobile, web and enterprise platforms. You will lead client engagements, own integration architecture, and drive delivery while shaping strategic solutions for complex SAP landscapes.

This role requires strong leadership, deep SAP middleware expertise, travel up to 60% and a track record of delivering high-impact integrations in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentations, and client service.
• Hands-on SAP integration with PI/PO, ABAP, EDI, and BTP.
• Knowledge of SAP modules: S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, FICO, HCM.
• APIs/Web services experience (SOAP/REST) and data transformation.
• Cloud integration experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools.
• Travel roughly 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
