Job summary

Commercial Metals Company seeks a Senior SAP Integration Suite Developer in Irving, TX to design and maintain complex integration interfaces across SAP systems using SAP BTP and PI/PO. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, cloud-based service integration, and secure handling of data.

You will work with REST/SOAP adapters, IDocs, and B2B integrations, leading development efforts and supporting ongoing projects in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP BTP Integration Suite development.
• 10+ years of SAP PI/PO development experience.
• Experience leading a Development/Support team is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cloud-based interfaces and SAP BTP Services.
• Experience with SAP S/4Hana (Private & Public).
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JDBC, SFTP adapters.
• Experience with Java, Groovy and XSLT mappings.
• Work on IDocs/EDI integrations using SAP B2B adapters.
• Familiarity with BizTalk, Boomi or MuleSoft is beneficial.
• Secure handling of sensitive data.
• Experience with SuccessFactors interfaces is a plus.
• ALE/IDocs/Proxies data flow across modules understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and monitor interfaces using Integration Suite & PI/PO.

• Configure and implement integration solutions across modules.

What You'll Do

• The candidate must be flexible in learning about new technologies and platforms
• Work on designing, developing, and monitoring interfaces using Integration Suite & PI/PO
• Will be responsible for working with partners in determining EDI/API requirements, designing, developing and configuring integration objects
• This role may also be participating in other project activities including testing, documentation and user training
• The Developer must work independently or with project managers to define work tasks and provide estimates

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of SAP BTP Integration Suite development
• 10+ years of SAP PI/PO development experience
• Experience with leading a Development/Support team would be a plus

• Worked on design and development of interfaces with cloud-based systems
• Experience with SAP BTP Services

• Work on IDocs and EDI based integrations using SAP B2B adapters
• Knowledge and experience with other integration platforms like BizTalk, Boomi or MuleSoft would be a plus
• Experience in handling sensitive data securely
• Experience working on Success Factors interfaces is a plus
• Must have experience with interfaces using ALE/IDocs/Proxies, good understanding of data flow and integration across modules.
• Must understand the software development life cycle and be able to perform systems analysis and design activities in accordance with Agile development methodology

Your Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience
