Infosys is looking for SAP Senior Project Manager- Integrated Operations Manager.

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be a key player in the program management team that helps discover and define the problem statement. You will participate in an end-to-end journey from building project roadmaps for your customers on all of the SAP programs, organizing assessments, due diligences, transformation workshops, and partnering with customers with a rapid deployment approach. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding technology solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Location is Columbus, IN; position may require 100% travel and/or relocation.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship provided.

Preferred Qualifications

• 11+ years in Project Management and IT operations (Applications and Infrastructure), including SAP and non-SAP.
• 10+ years in project scoping, estimation, and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM, DevOps, and architectural frameworks.
• Experience managing large teams across multiple applications, including SAP.
• Ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to maintain KPIs and SLAs.
• Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives in AMS operations, including automation and ticket reduction.
• Experience setting up command centers for infrastructure, application, and business process monitoring.
• Ability to generate reports on service delivery and identify improvement opportunities.
• Familiarity with contract management and scope change management.
• Experience managing transitions for new applications, support, and vendor transitions.
• Technical expertise in planning, designing, building, operating, and maintaining IT solutions.
• Experience managing large application maintenance engagements and supporting best practices.
• Leadership experience managing 50-60 team members, with mentoring and motivation skills.
• Implementing error reduction and defect prevention plans; mentoring teams during escalations.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and coordinate resources.
• Ability to streamline support processes across IT and business stakeholders.
• Partnering with stakeholders and vendors to deploy solutions aligned with strategy and architecture.
• Managing risks, issues, and project plans for high-quality implementations.
• Providing project governance and documentation guidance.
• Ensuring quality controls and performance standards.
• Experience in DevOps with Agile, SCRUM certification is a plus.
• Managing system landscapes according to best practices and standards.
• Financial management skills for project tracking and reporting.
